Applesauce is always on hand in my home. The kids love it and I can use it in many recipes. One of those recipes is this Applesauce Cake. This style of cake has been around since the early 1900s. It’s simple and I would say many have their own version of it.
This is my vegan version of it. This cake is moist, a bit spiced and yum with a nicely brewed cup of Joe.
It’s an easy cake to whip up for company or a nice dessert to have on hand. As you guys know my family loves the treats and I find myself baking at the least once a week.
We all know there is nothing like a homemade treat. Plus, anything made with love is that more delicious! ♥
